On your Android or iPhone, search on the Google Play or Apple App Store for: "Fuelman InTouch" OR Click here.
Visit the InTouch Admin site and sign in. Use the same Username and Password as on iFleet.com, where you manage your Fuelman account.
Your field team will benefit from the App too! It will help them find the lowest priced fuel near them, get discounts and free food at stations, and stay better connected with your business. On the InTouch Admin site, click "Invite Team Member" button and enter details: employee's name and mobile phone number.
Your employees and team members will receive text notification with a link to download the app on their phone, along with their username and password.

The Task feature allows you to easily create and assign Tasks to your mobile workers using a simple form. It empowers you to monitor assigned tasks, get exception alerts and reports on what your field-based team is doing. You can input an address, and the assigned worker will be able to easily navigate to the address.
1. Select the plus sign on the top right corner.
2. Populate the task details and choose the worker for assignment.
3. Tap the Submit Task button at the bottom. You can also choose to save the task, and you can assign it to worker later.
The assigned worker will receive an alert on the app on their mobile device, and may accept or reject the task.
At any time you can tap on any task to view details, make edits or view the task history. Task status is updated every time a task is assigned, in progress or completed, making it extremely simple to track the progress of tasks at any given time. All the tasks are organized under "Mine", "Sent" and "Done" tabs.
